Pricing
PianoScribe is in a closed alpha of 10 seats. There is one plan, it costs nothing, and no card is charged – the store runs in test mode. Pricing for the public release will be set once the alpha tells us what the product is worth.
Closed Alpha
- Up to 5 score or MIDI imports (MusicXML, .mxl, .mid)
- Record a take from a MIDI keyboard and turn it into a score
- Practice plan with one next step per session
- Follow You (self-paced) and Keep Up (timed, graded over MIDI)
- A gentle grade after every timed run, with the bars and habits to work on
- Loop any passage you choose, in any view
- Score, falling-note, chord and Braille views
- Correct the score in Score Studio; every version is kept
- Transpose the whole piece; score, playback and practice stay in step
- Download MIDI, MusicXML, PDF, Braille and chord sheets
- The bundled library of rights-cleared pieces
- A practice coach that knows your piece, typed or spoken, 3 questions a day
Checkout uses the test card 4242 4242 4242 4242. Never enter a real card during the alpha; no payment is taken and none can be.
Coming next
Our own recording-to-score model, trained only on material we are licensed to use, so it can be part of a paid product. It opens once it meets our quality bar, for recordings up to 3 minutes.
Reading PDFs exported from notation software is with selected testers now; photos and scans follow. Each opens once correcting its draft is quicker than entering the piece by hand.
Uploads are private to your account, are never used to train any model, and can be deleted at any time – with the account if you want. Cancelling does not delete your scores or your progress.
